I am a Human Resources leader and professional with over twenty years of comprehensive human resources experience including knowledge of working in a union and non-union environment with a large number of exempt/non-exempt personnel.

  • Experienced Project Manager effective in leading concept through delivery project life styles, and vendor management. Strategic leader of ground level policy development, planning, and administration.  Excellent skills in customer service, EEO compliance, labor and employee relations, complaint investigations, mediation, and negotiations.

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts I always had a passion for change including policy development and strategic management. I would now like to take my expertise and passion that I have for Human Resouces and share with others. I have a Bachelors in Community Planning & Managment (BS) and a Masters in Education (M.Ed). I also hold a graduate certificate in Conflcit Resoultion all obtained from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
